我想干脆贴出来吧
这是导师写的，愿意做我回来以后的推荐人的
其实很简单
It is my pleasure to have Ms. LIU Shanshan as my graduate student and resea
rch assistant in our department from 2000 till now. As her advisor, I was im
pressed by her diligence and talent in her study and research work. She is t
he only one to graduate one year in advance in her class this year.

As a returnee from USA, I know the education there could do what a great hel
p for working in China. I encouraged her to pursue her PHD degree in the Uni
ted States with the highest enthusiasm. I believe she deserves such opportun
ity to learn more advanced knowledge there.

And I have talked about her future plan with her. I will be her reference af
ter she gets her PHD degree and comes back to realize her plan. I really hop
e she could join our department, but I know her ambition is not only to do t
he research, but also to emerge her research result into industry applicatio
n in China. Upon her request, I will recommend her to the R&D center founded
by leading company, such as Delta, GE, HUAWEI and UTRC. I personally have g
ood relationship with these companies and have cooperated with their R&D cen
ter. I am sure Shanshan will surely get her position there, along with her e
xcellent academic performance and overall ability.
