成都反签H1b险被check

8月20日回国在成都反签h1b，成都反签不用预约，可以直接去签，不过我也是去了以后
才知道
Me: Good Morning
VO: Good Morning, Why are you going to US?
Me: I am going back to continue my employment with xxx
VO: What does your company do?
Me: Blahblahblah...
VO flipped though my documents
VO: I have to send your applications back to Washington, it will take about
three weeks. (give me a card) please send your detailed job description to
the email adress on this card.
Me: The job description is on the H1b petition letter. blahblahblah(try to
explain to her in layman's word)
VO: I am sorry. I still need to send it back. Don't worry. It is routine for
the first H1b applicant. We have to do some check.
Me: But this is not my first time for H1b. I had one from Consulate in
Mexicoat April.
VO: En? Then why are you applying now？
Me: It is only good for three months and it expired now.
VO: That's weird.
Me: It is ridiculous.
VO: That changes the story. I can give you another visa.
VO stamped a "CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE" on my already expiredvisa.
Me; Can I get a one-year, multiple-entry visa this time?
VO: I am not sure, I can check it for you
VO left for a minute and back
VO: I can only give you for 6 month and this is your ticket

拿到visa以后发现上面有一条
POSTCHECK OK
幸好4月去了一趟墨西哥，否则就被check了
不过话有说回来，在国内check就当多放假好了。
