说说我们家绿卡和返美证的事

EB1Aand NIW 同时申请
EB1A: I-140 approved in about 2months
one month after this 140 approved, filed I-485 and got approved in 5 months

NIW: nothing happen after 6 months and got FRE after 485 approved

AP: cofiled for LD, me and my son (all the materials are the same)
AP got approved for LD and me about 1 month, got FRE for my son
and still pending (no use at all)

我想说的是，绿卡申请中有很多不定因素，如果差不多，可以试一下EB1, anyway,
this is not hurt (only spent more money, but it is worth).
